How Do I Obtain Advisement?

The UST Advisors offer a variety of methods for obtaining advisement throughout the year including via e-mail, walk-in hours, and by appointment.

E-mail Advisement:
For general inquiries, feel free to check out the FAQs on our website or e-mail us at ust-advise@udel.edu.

Walk-in Advisement:
For basic questions or assistance such as obtaining signatures for pink slips or other forms, quick questions about credits or course choices, requests for excused absences, etc., you are welcome to stop by our office in 148-150 S. College Ave. on a walk-in basis.

Walk-in hours for Spring Semester are as follows:
Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 1:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.

Additional hours are offered on Thursday evenings from 5:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Appointments:
If your questions are a bit more specific and you would like to be certain you have plenty of time to talk them out, you may call the office at 302-831-4555 or e-mail your advisor to schedule an appointment. Appointments are usually necessary for academic planning, major selection, study abroad, internships or service learning questions, and graduation analysis.
